Purchasing from our website is designed to be easy with clear instruction and support. Please browse our website and add any items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping click on "Checkout" and you will be asked to provide payment and delivery details to enable us to fulfil your order.Proarma is only able to accept orders from adults over the age of 18 years. By purchasing on our website you are certifying that you are over 18 years old.
Pricing Applicable to Order
The current price payable for goods is that identified on completion of your order and is to be paid in Australian Dollars. We may change the prices on our website at any time.Delivery of Orders
All orders are dispatched by Australia Post or our selected courier service to be delivered to an Australian postal address.Proarma will endeavour to despatch parcels without delay and within 48 hours of funds being received and cleared however, we kindly request that you allow up to 5 business days.
Please allow normal postage times for delivery.
Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay.
Postage and Handling for Domestic Orders
For a limited period items will be sent free of any postage or packaging charges to an Australian address.Order Acceptance Policy
Please check your order confirmation carefully and advise us immediately if any changes are required. Requests for amendments that are received after goods have been despatched may not be implemented.Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Proarma reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order of which we will advise as required.
Payment Options
The preferred payment option for goods are creditcard or PayPal. We can also accept payment by EFT, bank cheque or money order as detailed below:Credit Card

We accept payments made through a PayPal account in Australian Dollars.
EFT
We accept payments made by electronic funds transfer through your bank account, please contact us on (02) 8003 6810 or email customercare@proarma.com with your name, postal address and contact details. We will then send you a reference number to quote and details of where to make the payment.Bank Cheque or Money Order
Cheques and Money Orders must be in Australian Dollars. No foreign currency cheques will be accepted. Please send your payment to our mailing address and write your order number on the back of the cheque.Returns Policy
If you should take delivery of incorrectly despatched goods, please notify us immediately in writing (email: customercare@proarma.com ) or phone (02) 8003 6810 and we will provide you with further advice. No goods will be accepted for return without prior authorisation and notification.Proarma will issue a refund of the full purchase price for items incorrectly dispatched if notified within 24 hours of receipt. The item(s) must be returned to Proarma unopened and in the original packaging and condition. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. If Proarma is deemd not at fault, postage costs will not be refunded and a $3 restocking fee will be charged. Please send the returnable items registered mail.
When you return merchandise please ensure it is packed in a sturdy and secure way so as to avoid any damage in transit.

Damaged or Defective Goods
If you take delivery of items that are damaged or defective, please phone us on (02) 8003 6810 or email customercare@proarma.com within 24 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement.Incorrect Items Ordered
In order to ensure quality assurance we can not offer an exchange of goods incorrectly ordered once they have been dispatched. Please advise us in writing (email: customercare@proarma.com ) or phone (02) 8003 6810 as soon as possible of your amended order and if goods have not yet been dispatched we will endeavour to correct details as advised by you.Applicable Law
